1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Your name and email address, from sign-up.
- The text of documents you upload, processed by AI. It is not stored permanently after analysis unless you choose to save it.
- Your language preference.
- Your country of residence.
We do not collect bank credentials, and we never move money.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the Klar service.
- To generate AI analysis of documents you upload.
- To personalise your language and guide experience.
4. AI processing
Documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU region. Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@getklar.se to make a request.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Data retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Uploaded documents and analyses are kept until you delete them, or until you delete your account.
